The Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs, including WebMarkNow’s relations with advertising networks, advertisers, and publishers. He/she will work closely with WebMarkNow’s Marketing Team to ensure maximum effectiveness of the affiliate programs.

:: PHP Web Developer

We currently have an immediate need for a back end web developer to help us create and maintain websites of all shapes and sizes. This is a full-time position at our Beverly Hills office. You’ll be responsible for delivering professional, functional sites with clean code that follow the latest web standards and best practices.

• You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging user experiences on customer web sites and portals.
• Strong experience and advanced knowledge of PHP, mySQL, HTML, Javascript, other languages is a plus.
• In- depth knowledge of software development and coding techniques and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Knowledge and experience with systems to include but not limited to Magento, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, API.
• Must be able to gather requirements, design, code and test independently as well as work jointly with the team.
• Engage in long-term technical planning and influences the direction of the company’s infrastructure.
• Build a customer facing site that supports the company’s mission audience growth while adhering to technical standards and best practices
• Develop, maintain and optimize secure and scalable multi-tier web applications.
• Proactively monitors and troubleshoots infrastructure issues and application performance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure and short timelines with little supervision.

:: Web Designer

We are currently seeking a Web Designer experienced in interactive design to join our team. The right individual will have experience designing effective user interfaces for high-volume websites, along with a strong foundation in design principles, and a passion for great design, semantic markup, and web standards. The Web Designer will have a detailed understanding of how interactive experiences should function, look and feel and how to effectively implement designs into technology frameworks. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with the design team, project managers, web developers, content developers and marketing strategists. This is a Full Time In-House Position.
